Since the Summer of 2001, SouthStar has been working in such areas that include, but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, rough and finish carpentry, painting, masonry, and appliance installation. This is just a short list of work areas that we offer, so please contact us if you have any questions concerning whether or not we can help you with other services not previously mentioned.

We have expanded our services to include HVAC diagnosis, as well as remodel, repair, and new construction. Our staff can also supply in house drafting services for your home addition and renovation needs.

We are experienced in nearly all areas of construction and home repair, and our business is geared to service the homeowner and real estate agent to complete make-ready repairs before or after closing.

Here at SouthStar, our staff understands the home inspection process and what is needed to make a successful closing on budget and on time. That is why we have come up with "Quote Pro", an Excel-based program designed to speed up the home-closing process. You simply check the prices of various work items at your convenience, and print out a tentative cost that you can expect to pay.
