Contractor's Assistant Description: Assists the contractor in the daily routine from job to job. Experience Needed: None. Hourly Wage: Tentatively 8-12 dollars/hour (increases with experience). General Home Repair Specialists Description: Work with the home owner to find and repair nearly any aspect of home repair. Experience Needed: Must have or gain work experience before applying for this position. Hourly Wage: Is discussed with contractor based on difficulty and completeness of the job. Make-Ready Specialists Description: Prepares real estate rent houses for move in. Experience Needed: Some experience in basic home maintenance and/or repair. Hourly Wage: Is discussed with contractor based on difficulty and completeness of the job.
